Technical Report Press provides professional publishing services to support the preparation, production, dissemination, and long-term availability of scholarly content published through its journals and academic platforms. The press is committed to maintaining high editorial standards, clear publication workflows, and reliable support for authors, editors, reviewers, and readers.
Our publishing services are designed to improve the clarity, presentation, accessibility, and discoverability of accepted scholarly work while preserving the academic integrity, originality, and authorship responsibility of each manuscript.
Editorial and Production Support
Technical Report Press supports journals through editorial coordination, manuscript handling, peer-review administration, production preparation, copyediting, proofreading, metadata preparation, online publication, and post-publication record maintenance.
After a manuscript has successfully completed editorial evaluation and peer review, the accepted article may undergo production processing to prepare it for publication. This may include formatting, reference checking, article layout, figure and table placement, DOI preparation, metadata review, and final proof generation.
Copyediting and Minor English Corrections
Technical Report Press provides copyediting and minor English language corrections free of charge for accepted manuscripts. These services may include correction of spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence clarity, consistency of terminology, formatting issues, heading structure, reference style, figure captions, table titles, and general readability.
The purpose of copyediting is to improve the presentation and clarity of the manuscript without changing the meaning, findings, argument, interpretation, or scholarly contribution of the work.
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, data, references, conclusions, and final content of their manuscripts.
Major Language Editing
If a manuscript requires substantial English language improvement, extensive rewriting, deep structural editing, translation, or major language correction, authors may be advised to seek professional language editing services before submission, during revision, or before final publication.
Technical Report Press does not provide extensive rewriting or full professional language editing as part of its free publishing services. Authors are encouraged to use qualified language editing services, university writing centers, professional editing institutes, or experienced academic editors where major language improvement is required.
The use of a professional language editing service does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Editorial decisions remain based on scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodology, ethical compliance, peer-review evaluation, and journal standards.
Proofreading
Before publication, authors may receive article proofs for review. Proofreading allows authors to check typographical errors, formatting issues, author details, affiliations, figures, tables, references, and other production-related matters.
Authors should review proofs carefully and return corrections within the requested timeframe. Proof corrections should normally be limited to minor errors. Major rewriting, new data, new analysis, major reference changes, or authorship changes are not normally permitted at the proof stage.
Article Formatting and Layout
Technical Report Press prepares accepted manuscripts for online publication according to the style and format of the relevant journal. This may include article layout, title page formatting, abstract and keyword arrangement, section heading consistency, citation and reference formatting, figure and table placement, pagination or article numbering, and preparation of the final PDF or online article version.
Authors may be asked to provide high-quality figures, editable tables, source files, supplementary files, or corrected references during the production process.
DOI and Metadata Preparation
Where applicable, Technical Report Press supports DOI assignment and article metadata preparation for published content. Article metadata may include the article title, author names, affiliations, abstract, keywords, references, publication dates, volume, issue, page range or article number, DOI, license information, funding details, and other publication information.
Accurate metadata helps support citation, indexing, academic discoverability, digital preservation, and long-term access.
Online Publication
Technical Report Press supports the online publication of accepted articles through the relevant journal website or publishing platform. Published articles may be made available in PDF, HTML, or other suitable formats depending on the journal’s publication model.
The publication record may include article title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, DOI, citation information, license statement, article history, references, figures, tables, and supplementary material where applicable.
Open Access and Licensing Support
For open access journals published by Technical Report Press, published articles are made freely available online according to the journal’s open access policy. Licensing information is displayed clearly at the article or journal level.
Where journals use Creative Commons licenses, the applicable license terms are stated on the article page and in the published article file. Authors should review the copyright and licensing policy of the relevant journal before submission.
Indexing and Discoverability Support
Technical Report Press supports journal visibility through accurate publication records, structured article metadata, DOI information, indexing-friendly article pages, and searchable archives. Where a journal is included in abstracting and indexing databases, the press may provide or maintain publication metadata to support discovery and citation.
Indexing coverage depends on the policies, selection criteria, and processing schedules of individual indexing databases and discovery services. Technical Report Press does not guarantee inclusion in any external database unless such coverage has been formally confirmed.
Author Support
Technical Report Press provides assistance to authors during the publication process. Authors may contact the relevant journal office for questions about submission files, manuscript status, revision requirements, production files, proof corrections, publication details, DOI information, and post-publication updates.
Authors are encouraged to provide complete and accurate information at each stage of the process to avoid delays in editorial handling and production.
Ethical and Quality Standards
All publishing services provided by Technical Report Press are guided by academic quality, editorial independence, publication ethics, transparency, and respect for the scholarly record. Publishing support services do not influence peer review or editorial decisions.
No copyediting, formatting, language correction, production support, or technical service can be used to guarantee acceptance, accelerate review unfairly, or bypass editorial and ethical standards.
Responsibility of Authors
Authors remain fully responsible for the content of their work. This includes the accuracy of data, methods, results, interpretations, references, citations, ethical approvals, funding declarations, conflict of interest statements, permissions for third-party material, and compliance with journal policies.
Authors should carefully review all editorial and production changes before final approval for publication.
